Currently the Director of CSIR-Science and Technology Policy Research Institute. Dr. Wilhemina Quaye leads CSIR-STEPRI with a transformative vision that bridges evidence, ethics, and inclusion to shape Ghana’s and Africa’s STI policy landscape. Her leadership fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, participatory governance, and innovation systems that respond to national and continental development priorities. 

Co-lead Health Systems topic area under the Standards for Official Statistics on Climate-Health Interactions (SOSCHI) Project. She played a critical role in drafting the Science Technology and Innovation Strategy for Africa (STISA2034) and the Development of the implementation plan of STISA2034.
