Dr. Samuel Dotse (Millennium Excellence Award Laureate of Distinction in Climate Change) is a climate finance, adaptation, and resilience specialist with over 22 years of experience spanning research, policy, and practice. He is Founder and CEO of HATOF Foundation, African Special Envoy on Climate Change for the International Society of Diplomats, and a member of Ghana’s Green Climate Fund Technical Advisory Committee.
He has taught at the University of Cape Coast, the University of Ghana, and Lancaster University (UK), supporting postgraduate education and research. An admitted observer to the UNFCCC and IPCC, he advances climate action, resilience, and sustainable development across Africa and beyond.
