Ms. Bonang Lewis

Bonang Lewis is a principal analyst at the UK Office for National Statistics, working on the “Standards for Official Statistics on Climate-Health Interactions” (SOSCHI) project, funded by Wellcome and including partners in the UK, Ghana, Rwanda, Canada. She leads the team developing the statistical framework, including indicator methods and tools for measuring the impacts of climate on health. Prior to this role Bonang has over 10 years’ experience leading cross-profession analytical teams to deliver impactful policy analysis and official statistics to support government priorities. Bonang holds an MSc in International Development Studies, and a BSc in Environment, Economics and Ecology.
