Dr. Samuel Dotse

Dr. Samuel Dotse (Millennium Excellence Award Laureate of Distinction in Climate Change) is a climate finance, adaptation, and resilience specialist with over 22 years of experience spanning research, policy, and practice. He is Founder and CEO of HATOF Foundation, African Special Envoy on Climate Change for the International Society of Diplomats, and a member of Ghana’s Green Climate Fund Technical Advisory Committee. 

Samuel Owusu Ansah

Samuel Owusu Ansah is a meteorologist at the Ghana Meteorological Agency and a PhD researcher in Climate Science and Meteorology at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. His research focuses on climate variability, extreme precipitation, flood risk assessment, hydrological modeling, and climate resilience in West Africa, particularly the White Volta Basin. 

Dr. (Mrs) Wilhelmina Quaye

Currently the Director of CSIR-Science and Technology Policy Research Institute. Dr. Wilhemina Quaye leads CSIR-STEPRI with a transformative vision that bridges evidence, ethics, and inclusion to shape Ghana’s and Africa’s STI policy landscape. Her leadership fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, participatory governance, and innovation systems that respond to national and continental development priorities.
